A practitioner's education. Built around one real project.

Most curriculum teaches your student about the world through textbooks and tests. Brands & Blueprints teaches your student through their own work, real project work, in a real domain, producing real results across four years of serious self-directed practice.

Your student selects a project in Grade 9. It might be a western business, a rodeo career, a community initiative, a home-building trade, or something they design themselves. Everything they learn from Grade 9 through graduation, the writing, the mathematics, the science, the history, the economics, is applied directly to that project. The project grows more sophisticated every year. The student grows more capable.

By graduation, what your student has produced grows into a four-year record of someone who learned how to do serious work, documented in the Blueprint, the living document they build and refine across all four years. Honest. Specific. At the standard a domain expert would recognize as real.

That record is what your student takes into college applications, apprenticeships, business ventures, and adult life. Not grades. Beyond a diploma. A document that shows, specifically, causally, honestly, what four years of serious self-directed practice built in them.

The curriculum works from the inside out, identity first, results follow.

01

One project, four years

Your student builds a single real project from Grade 9 through graduation, not a new project each year. The depth and continuity that produces is unlike anything a subject-by-subject curriculum can achieve.

02

The Lane progression

Grade 9 is guided. Grade 10 is independent. Grades 11 and 12 are fully self-directed. The curriculum is designed to develop genuine self-direction, not compliance, not performance. The real thing.

03

The mental game is the work

Every unit opens and closes with structured Mental Game Notebook practice, woven as the connective tissue between who your student is and what they produce. Identity develops alongside the project.

Built on T + B ร— A = R.
The inside-out equation.

What a student thinks about who they are determines what they believe is possible. What they believe is possible determines how they act. How they act determines what they produce. Most academic programs work from the outside in: assign the work, measure the output, adjust the grade.

Brands & Blueprints works from the inside out. Every year of the curriculum is designed to develop the student's identity as a practitioner, someone who does real work at a real standard because of who they understand themselves to be, not just someone who completes assignments.

The Mental Game Notebook A structured daily practice. It is a structured daily practice built around this equation, running alongside the Track Project Guide in every unit of every grade year. Available in a The Mental Game or Mindset Notebook and the Faith Edition, both identical in structure and content. You choose your edition at checkout.

What four years of inside-out work produces

Built by coaches who knew what was missing.

Gwen and Lyman Tenney built Brands & Blueprints because they kept seeing the same gap: students who could pass tests but could not produce anything. Students who finished school but did not know what they were for.

The curriculum carries the ethos of the arena, the ranch, and the western business community, the standard that serious practice confers, and the belief that who a young person becomes matters more than any grade they ever earned.

It is built for western families. For families who want more than academic credentials. For students who have real work in them and need a curriculum designed to draw it out.
