Format

  • 4 weeks

  • 8 private sessions (2 sessions per week)

  • All sessions recorded and posted in your member dashboard

  • Daily practice: 5–15 minutes (simple, repeatable, required)


Requirements

  • Complete the onboarding intake form

  • Attend a 30-minute initial interview prior to coaching

  • Complete the Foundations Course either:

    • prior to coaching, or

    • simultaneously while coaching is in progress

  • new job or career / new role / new responsibility/relocation

  •  relationship changes (dating, engagement, marriage shifts, separation, rebuilding trust) 

  • empty nesting and identity shifts in the home

  • business pivots, burnout seasons, or “I’m doing fine but I feel off”


Format

  • 6 weeks-6 private sessions (1 session per week)

  • All sessions recorded and posted in your member dashboard

  • Daily practice: 5–15 minutes (simple, repeatable, required)

  • Weekly assignments designed to produce measurable progress,
